The need for a reorientation in and after the most severe economic crisis in a lifetime and the need to motivate and guide individual motivation is clear. The external shock experienced, particularly by women, has a high potential for demotivating and depressing particularly those groups, who have just picked themselves up in the last few years.
Educators and other staff in organisations targeting the group of women in the labour market, must upgrade their competences to guide, motivate and encourage women in such precarious and uncertain, but potentially also promising transitory situations.
The CCNET project will answer these questions with an easily transferable holistic concept of initial identification of job and entrepreneurship relevant competences of women and building of women mutual support networks in Romania, Portugal and Cyprus.
